Real estate is rarely about the house. It is about the chapter that ends and the one that begins — and for eleven years, across Maryland, that is the part of the work I have cared about most.

My background is in design as much as in transactions. Alongside my industry credentials, I hold a diploma in interior design, and it changes how I work on both sides of a sale. For sellers, it means knowing what to change before the photographer arrives and what to leave alone. For buyers, it means walking through a house and being able to say which flaws are cosmetic and which will cost you.

The designations matter for the harder parts. As a Master Certified Negotiation Expert and Pricing Strategy Advisor, I spend my time on the two things that decide most outcomes: what a property is actually worth, and how the conversation about it is handled. My Accredited Buyer's Representative and Graduate, REALTOR^® Institute training covers the rest — the contracts, the disclosures, the details that go wrong quietly.

I take the advisory part of this seriously and it does not end at settlement. Many of my clients come to me because someone I worked with years ago sent them, which is the only measure of this job I really trust.

I represent clients fully in both English and Russian — Русскоязычный Риэлтор в Мэриленде — so that every conversation, contract, and question is understood completely. When someone is signing the largest agreement of their life in a second language, that is not a convenience. It is the whole thing.
